Job summary

AACI Group, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience for its AI-native insurance platforms and loss prevention services.

This role requires balancing stakeholder needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment, reporting directly to the CEO. You should be a builder at heart, adept at prototyping MVPs with AI tools and translating a bold mission into usable, impactful technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in software or digital services, with startup experience.
• Experience launching AI-enabled products and leveraging ML tech.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle across AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
• Prototype and validate concepts using AI-assisted tools with minimal engineering effort.
• Maintain documentation to align stakeholders on what is built, why, and when.
• Define success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.
• Balance quantitative data with qualitative user feedback to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across the business to align product development with strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and data security best practices.
