Job summary

AACI Group, Inc. in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape the end-to-end experience for its AI-native insurance agencies and loss prevention services.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own a product area autonomously, balance stakeholder needs, and move quickly to prototype using AI tools. You will work with engineering and design, define success metrics, ensure compliance, and build relationships with leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in software or digital services.
• 2+ years operating in a startup environment.
• Experience launching products that incorporate AI and ML technologies.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps.
• Ability to build the right product and build the product right through strategic thinking and detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle across AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools to validate concepts.
• Maintain documentation so stakeholders are aware and aligned.
• Define clear success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.
• Collaborate across the business to align product development with strategic objectives.
• Ensure the product complies with local regulations and data security best practices.
