Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience launching and scaling new products from zero to one in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Isomer's agentic workflow platform.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Bridge teams and stakeholders with aligned priorities and informed decisions.
• Understand customer needs through research with insurance customers, sales, and support teams.
