Job summary

We Insure Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high-impact quoting product for agents, sales teams, and service teams. You will own strategy, requirements, and delivery to transform a landscape of bespoke tools into a unified, AI-enabled experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams and apply data-driven decision making to improve quote cycle times and agent satisfaction. This role requires senior autonomy in a fast-paced, insurance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in tech or insurance software.
• 3+ years in property & casualty insurance domain.
• Experience shipping consumer-grade software with strong UX.
• Strong written and verbal communication; influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quoting product from discovery to launch.
• Define state map of current quoting processes and quantify inefficiencies.
• Evaluate buy/build/integrate options with evidence-based recommendations.
• Own roadmap, write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering through full development cycle and QA.
• Define metrics and dashboards to measure product impact.
• Conduct user research with agents and internal stakeholders.
• Drive post-launch reviews and continuous improvement.
