Job summary

We Insure Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our founding product team and own the end-to-end quoting experience for personal and commercial lines. You will drive discovery, define requirements, and deliver a unified quoting workflow that spans intake, rating, carrier submission, and bind, while shaping the product strategy alongside sales and service stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of the P&C insurance landscape, a track record of shipping consumer-grade software,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in property & casualty insurance.
• Experience with quoting and rating solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quoting product from discovery to launch.
• Map current quoting workflows and quantify time, leakage and errors.
• Evaluate buy/build/integrate decisions for rating and quoting solutions.
• Partner with Carrier Relations and engineering on data integrations.
• Define and track success metrics for quoting performance and adoption.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Coordinate release readiness, data migration, and post-launch support.
