Job summary

Zoom's Finance organization seeks a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to act as the financial backbone for the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leaders to translate data into strategic direction and guide investment decisions in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance, forecast accurately, and support scalable growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, NRR, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with enterprise planning tools.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing investment decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs for each product in the portfolio.
• Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products, maintaining accuracy across planning cycles.
• Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying high-return areas and recommending reallocations.
• Partner with GMs on monthly reviews, delivering analysis on changes and actions.
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix to inform recommendations.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with rigorous modeling and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate product investment cases across headcount, R&D, and GTM spend.
• Prepare materials for executive discussions with clear financial narratives.
• Drive the planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts supporting your work.
