Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate FP&A to own the long-range plan, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasting, guiding Zoom's financial trajectory. You will influence top executives, lead high-visibility initiatives, and manage a multi-level FP&A team with a focus on rigor, strategic insight, and capital allocation.

The role requires 15+ years in finance with 5+ years leading FP&A in public/high-growth tech, plus a strong background in long-range planning and investor relations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years FP&A leadership at scale in tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Proven track record leading multi-level finance teams with rigor and curiosity.
• Deep expertise in long-range planning, modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
• Excellent communications and executive presence with C-suite influence.
• Experience in SaaS/enterprise tech at $1B+ revenue; board reporting and IR exposed.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide financial planning: long-range, annual plan, quarterly forecasts.
• Translate strategy into analytics, reporting, and tactical plans for executive decision-making.
• Serve as senior advisor to the C-suite with scenario analyses and investment insights.
• Lead board presentations, earnings prep, and investor relations support.
• Build financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses for all functions.
• Oversee end-to-end enterprise budgeting and resource allocation.
• Develop a multi-level Corporate FP&A organization with strong leadership.
• Champion modern planning tools, automation, and AI-powered analytics.
