Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A in the United States to act as the financial backbone for the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to translate data into strategic direction, shaping investments and growth in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.

You will lead end-to-end product financial planning, own revenue forecasts, and collaborate with GTM teams to optimize revenue performance and drive scalable growth across the portfolio.

Formación

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in Anaplan, Adaptive, or a comparable planning tool, and proficiency with SQL and BI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs for each product.
• Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products.
• Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying where returns are strongest.
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with precise analysis.
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix to inform recommendations.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions through rigorous modeling and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate product investment cases spanning headcount and go-to-market spend.
• Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions.
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts who support your work.
