Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to be the financial backbone of the product portfolio, partnering with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investments and growth in a fast-moving enterprise SaaS environment. You will translate complex data into strategic direction and collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance.

Qualifications

8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses.
Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in Anaplan or Adaptive, and proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Salesforce.
Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for non-finance audiences.
Experience supporting a product-led or sales-driven organization with complex sales motions.
Direct, collaborative communication style with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a add-on.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting, key assumptions, and investment trade-offs for each product.
Own the revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products, maintaining accuracy and accountability across all planning cycles.
Influence portfolio investment decisions by identifying where returns are strongest and providing clear recommendations on reallocations.
Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews, delivering precise analysis of what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.
Analyze growth drivers including churn, pricing, and product mix to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Support pricing and packaging decisions through rigorous financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Evaluate product investment cases spanning headcount, R&D, and go-to-market spend.
Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions with clear financial narratives.
Drive the planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs with Sales Finance and Data Science.
