Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Manager, Product FP&A to serve as the financial backbone of the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investments, translate data into clear strategic direction, and influence go-to-market decisions in a high-growth SaaS environment.

As part of the Sales FP&A team, you will lead planning, forecast, and budgeting, drive cross-functional collaboration, and coach analysts to deliver actionable insights that move the business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance within SaaS or subscription businesses
• Strong command of subscription metrics including revenue, net revenue retention, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition fundamentals
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in Anaplan/Adaptive, and SQL/BI tools like Tableau or Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning, including target-setting and investment trade-offs
• Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products
• Influence portfolio investment decisions with clear recommendations on where to reallocate
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with precise analyses
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix for actionable recommendations
• Support pricing and packaging decisions through rigorous modeling and scenario analysis
• Evaluate product investment cases including headcount, R&D, and GTM spend
• Prepare materials for executive staff, board, and investor discussions with clear narratives
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles
• Improve forecast accuracy by refining inputs and cross-functional handoffs
• Coach and develop analysts supporting the work
