Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Senior Manager, Product FP&A to act as the financial backbone of the product portfolio. You will partner with Product GMs and senior leadership to shape investments and growth strategies in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize revenue, drive accurate forecasting, and support scalable, sustainable growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance in SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Ability to influence senior leaders on investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Strong command of subscription metrics: revenue, NRR, churn, bookings, recognition.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with enterprise planning tools.
• Experience supporting product-led or sales-driven organizations with complex motions.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product financial planning including target-setting and investment trade-offs.
• Own revenue forecast and annual budget for assigned products, ensuring accuracy.
• Influence portfolio investments by identifying strong returns and reallocations.
• Partner with General Managers on monthly business reviews with clear analysis.
• Analyze growth drivers like churn, pricing, and product mix; translate into actions.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions via rigorous modeling and scenarios.
• Evaluate product investment cases covering headcount, R&D, and GTM spend.
• Prepare materials for exec, board, and investor discussions with clear narratives.
• Drive planning calendar across budget, forecast, and long-range planning.
• Improve forecast accuracy via better inputs, models, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Coach and develop analysts supporting the work.
