Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business; Master's preferred.
• 10 years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or sales.
• Ability to inspire and guide teams towards targets and foster collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with stakeholders and events.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a market-based approach including direct, third-party and project sales while building customer relationships with key stakeholders to pursue market opportunities.
• Defines, implements and coordinates all sales and marketing activities to increase metrics in the defined market segments.
• Strategically identify and pursue upcoming projects aligned with growth objectives.
• Align efforts with an overarching strategy to boost market share, satisfaction and revenue across segments.
