Job summary

Hitachi Energy in North America seeks a Senior Product Director for the Utility Market NA. This remote role leads marketing and sales strategies for Transformers products within the Utility sector, driving orders, margin, and market share while elevating customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business; Master’s preferred.
10 years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing and/or sales.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements a market-based approach including direct, third-party and project sales while building customer relationships with key stakeholders.
Defines, implements and coordinates all sales and marketing activities to increase metrics in selected market segments.
Strategically identify and pursue upcoming projects that align with growth objectives and industry advancements.
Align these efforts with an overarching strategy to boost market share, customer satisfaction and revenue across segments.
