Job summary

Ōura is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft best-in-class eCommerce B2B experiences. You’ll work with stakeholders to design intuitive solutions on qualitative and quantitative data, building landing templates, self-service features, and scalable checkout flows.

Remote US role with preference for SF/SD/Boston, 5+ years in UI/UX for SaaS or dashboards, strong Figma skills, and enterprise/B2B experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer for eCommerce SaaS or dashboards.
• Proven ability to design for enterprise/B2B with invoicing and payments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UI/UX work.
• Solid understanding of design systems, UI patterns and responsive design.
• Ability to derive improvements from analytics and user research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple features and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience owning and driving user research activities.
• Support sprint planning and structure for squads.
• Proficient in prototyping to communicate ideas.

Responsibilities

• UX design for B2B web products and systems for sales and management of bulk orders.
• Architect scalable landing page templates for rapid client branding and messaging.
• Enable self-service order management, billing, payments, and memberships.
• Design flexible checkout flows with multi-tender and subsidies.
• Govern a centralized promotions and partnerships platform.
• Own UX for the B2B microsite “For Organizations”.
• Create scalable UI designs for international expansion.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs.
• Recommend UX improvements using analytics and user research.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate on features.
• Coordinate with creative/product design teams to maintain brand consistency.
