Job summary

Ōura is hiring a Product Manager for B2B Customer Solutions to own and grow multiple product workstreams from ideation to launch. You will work with cross-functional teams across Commercial Solutions, Ops, Legal, Finance, and external partners to deliver measurable revenue and partner growth.

Remote-friendly with a preference for candidates in the US; strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in B2B/enterprise, SaaS, commerce, or health tech.
• Experience working directly with ERP systems and analytics platforms.
• Proven cross-functional execution across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize efforts by revenue impact, margin, scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to reason about systems, APIs, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own products and workstreams within B2B Customer Solutions from development through launch and ongoing iteration.
• Develop the product strategy for your area based on company objectives and customer inputs.
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple active projects with dashboards and processes.
• Be the voice of the customer, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand problems.
• Teach sales, enablement, and marketing about our solutions, gaps, and roadmap.
• Partner with platform and core product teams to define shared services and end-to-end experiences.
• Influence peers to align on priorities and resourcing for growth.
