Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Product Manager for B2B Customer Solutions to own defined workstreams across corporate sales, health, and partner channels, helping organizations adopt our products and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ship end-to-end experiences, influence strategy, and ensure operational excellence across multiple projects.

This role is US-only, with remote options or hybrid in major hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, preferably in B2B/enterprise, SaaS, commerce, or health tech.
• Experience with ERP systems and analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B Customer Solutions workstreams from development to launch and iteration, leading an engineering squad and coordinating with Commercial, Operations, Legal, Finance, and partners.
• Develop the product strategy for your area using company objectives and customer inputs.
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple active projects with dashboards, standards, and processes.
• Be the voice of the customer, collaborating with sales, enablement, marketing, and operations to understand problems.
• Be the resident expert for solutions; educate sales, enablement, and marketing on gaps and roadmap.
• Partner with platform and core product teams to deliver end-to-end experiences for members and customers.
• Influence peers on priorities, resourcing, and tradeoffs to drive growth.
• Tell the story of B2B growth and customer needs within the company strategy.
