Job summary

Ōura is hiring a Product Manager for B2B Customer Solutions to own defined workstreams across corporate sales, health, and partner channels. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Finance to drive revenue growth.

This role is open to U.S. candidates and can be fully remote, with a slight preference for those in San Francisco, Chicago, or Boston, or a hybrid option if based in the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager in B2B/enterprise, SaaS, commerce, or health tech.
• Proven track record delivering revenue-impacting products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B Customer Solutions workstreams from development through launch and iteration.
• Develop product strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Set standards and dashboards to track progress and accountability.
• Be the voice of the customer, liaising with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Ops.
• Teach sales and marketing about our solutions and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Commerce Platform, Payments, and Enterprise teams to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Influence cross-functional peers on priorities and resource allocation.
• Tell the story of B2B growth and customer impact.
