We are currently working with an early-stage B2B SaaS company in the martech/e-commerce space, providing identification, personalization, and data optimization solutions that help businesses improve conversion experiences is looking to hire a Product Designer.

About the Role

This early-stage B2B SaaS company is seeking a contract-to-hire Product Designer to help accelerate the evolution of their product during a critical growth phase. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who can ramp up quickly, work autonomously, and deliver high-impact improvements within a short engagement.

While this is a contract role, you'll be deeply embedded with their Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams - contributing ideas, shaping solutions, and executing designs that materially improve the platform. If there's a strong fit, the role will be converted into a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, high-performance UX/UI for key product areas, including client-facing reporting, campaign/quiz creation, admin features, and platform modernization.
• Translate complex e-commerce and analytics concepts into clear, actionable interfaces, with an emphasis on performance, trust, compliance, and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align on business goals, support priorities, and integrate customer feedback.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Proactively identify UX and product gaps, propose improvements, and iterate quickly to raise overall product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products and/or data-heavy applications
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and workflows
• Expert proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver value in a short time frame

Preferred Skills

• Experience in data visualization
• Experience in ad-tech, martech, analytics, or E-commerce, SaaS or directory platforms
• Experience designing for regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
