Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years working with businesses and customers to translate needs into tech solutions.
• 4+ years consulting, leading implementations and solution architecture on SaaS teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, on-budget engagements with impactful solutions.
• Plan and manage tasks, escalations and milestones for engagements.
• Build relationships with customer admins and CoE; act as trusted consultant.
• Collaborate with Docusign teams to document client requirements and expectations.
• Meet success criteria including utilization, satisfaction and financial targets.
