Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Product Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into scalable CLM/IAM solutions. This role emphasizes security, stakeholder communication, and proactive project governance, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services.

The position is a remote, individual contributor role with potential for impact across multiple industries and long-term customer success metrics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience working directly with businesses and customers to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements.
• 4+ years of experience with consulting, leading implementation and solution architecture development on business analyst teams in Software or Software-as-a-Service industries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time and on-budget engagements with solutions that enable strong adoption, renewal and upsell.
• Plan, organize and manage all tasks, decisions, escalations, and milestones for engagements.
• Build relationships with customer admins and Center of Excellence, acting as a trusted consultant on CLM platforms.
