Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams, configure CLM and IAM solutions across web and connected apps, and translate complex business needs into secure, well-designed technical solutions.

You will report to the Manager, Professional Services and work as an individual contributor. The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget engagements, proactive stakeholder communication, and alignment with client objectives and long-term success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, CS, IS, Eng or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience with businesses and customers to understand needs and apply technology solutions.
• 4+ years consulting, leading implementation and solution architecture on SaaS teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, on-budget engagements with impactful solutions and strong customer adoption.
• Plan and manage engagement tasks, escalations, decisions and milestones.
• Build trust with customer admins and centers of excellence to leverage CLM/IAM platforms.
• Collaborate with DocuSign teams to uncover additional needs and document requirements.
• Meet Professional Services success criteria including utilization, CSAT and financial targets.
