Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. Product Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams, recommending and configuring CLM/IAM solutions across web and connected apps.

You will provide technical and business expertise, ensure data and security best practices, and translate complex needs into well-designed solutions. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required with 8+ years professional experience in business tech solutions.
• 8+ years experience working with businesses and customers to translate needs into tech.
• 4+ years consulting and leading implementation on SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, on-budget engagements with impactful solutions enabling strong adoption and upsell.
• Plan, organize and manage tasks, decisions, escalations, and milestones for customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customer admins and Centers of Excellence as a trusted consultant on CLM platforms.
• Collaborate with DocuSign teams to document requirements and align expectations.
• Meet Professional Services success criteria including utilization and customer satisfaction.
