Job summary

TaxAct is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support product and marketing teams. You will translate complex user journeys and funnel data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and campaign optimization.

This hands-on role emphasizes SQL, dashboards, and data storytelling to inform executives. Remote-friendly role across all states, with a focus on measuring conversion, retention, and campaign performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of proven working experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI dashboards.
• Experience with product and marketing analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate user behavior, funnels, and conversion patterns to identify trends and anomalies.
• Define and track KPIs, evaluate feature adoption, and support data-informed decisions.
• Build dashboards in Tableau and write SQL queries for analysis.
• Present findings to executives with clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to connect funnel insights end-to-end.
