TaxWell is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our product and marketing teams. You will translate complex behavioral data into actionable insights, contributing to product strategy, user engagement, and marketing performance. The role emphasizes hands-on data exploration and storytelling.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of data analytics experience, strong SQL and Tableau skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools to accelerate discovery while ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong focus on B2C product analytics and funnel analysis.
• Experience with marketing analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and building dashboards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Investigate user behavior, funnels, and conversion patterns to identify trends and anomalies.
• Partner with product managers to define KPIs and track feature adoption.
• Deliver actionable insights to guide product optimization and marketing performance.
• Design and build dashboards to support ongoing performance monitoring.
• Analyze large datasets and tell the data story to executives and stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing analysis and attribution modeling as needed.
