Clarus is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team. You will serve as a strategic analytical partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and other teams to deliver analytical solutions and reliable forecasts.

This role combines hands-on data work with high‑level business recommendations, aligning data efforts to improve pipeline visibility, performance, retention, and product adoption. Remote in the USA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong track record in sales analytics, revenue analytics, BI, customer analytics, or related analytical role.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred with demonstrated impact.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics or another CRM analytics platform.
• Experience analyzing CRM data, sales pipelines, funnels, and performance.
• Knowledge of forecasting, segmentation, retention, renewal, churn, and lifecycle metrics.

Responsabilités

• Gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, and metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or similar tools.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models for consistency.
• Document KPI definitions, calculations, reporting assumptions, and data sources.
• Design reporting assets for operational and executive audiences.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to define analytical needs.
• Balance recurring reporting with ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate lead management, routing, aging, conversion, and pipeline leakage.
• Monitor sales activity, account performance, customer engagement, revenue trends, renewals, expansion, and churn.
• Analyze performance drivers across accounts, segments, channels, and partners.
• Develop customer health scorecards for reviews and planning.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and attribution.
• Prepare executive summaries and reporting packages for leadership meetings and planning.
• Identify gaps in data quality, reporting visibility, and metric definitions.
• Drive adoption of dashboards and KPIs through training and engagement.
