Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor product adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
• Define and maintain product performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
