Job summary

TaxWell is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support product and marketing teams. The role reports to the Director of Analytics and centers on product analytics, funnel analysis, and data storytelling to inform strategy and engagement.

Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools is a plus. The candidate will articulate insights to stakeholders, build dashboards, and collaborate across product and marketing to optimize performance and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven working experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and transforming large datasets.
• Experience with product analytics and marketing analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other BI tools to build insightful dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate user behavior, customer journey, and conversion funnels across product touchpoints.
• Partner with product managers to define and track performance KPIs and support data-informed decisions.
• Deliver actionable insights to guide product optimization and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to connect funnel insights across the customer journey.
• Design and build dashboards in Tableau (or similar) to monitor performance.
