Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw customer data into actionable insights for retention, growth, and operations. You will build dashboards, perform advanced analytics, and partner with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Ops to drive proactive, insight-led decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker. Remote work within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

5+ years in analytics, BI, or data analytics roles (preferably supporting Customer Success).
Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
Solid statistical analysis background (regression, clustering, ANOVA).
Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Develop insights to improve customer performance and link analytics to outcomes.
Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards tracking health metrics and adoption.
Own core dashboards and recurring analytics deliverables.
Improve reporting efficiency and quality of customer insights.
Collaborate with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Operations.
Apply advanced analytics: regression, clustering, predictive modeling.
Ensure data governance and quality; translate findings for stakeholders.
Automate analytics workflows and drive process improvements.
