Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, automated reporting, data exploration; SQL and Python are required.
• Be proficient in using SQL to extract/transform data from various systems and in performing analysis on large datasets.
• 4+ years of experience with visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
• Be highly analytical with a proven ability to turn data into compelling, real-world insights.
• Must be comfortable presenting to large audiences and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage analytical processes and build new datasets, validate/improve data pipelines using Snowflake and Python.
• Support and lead ad hoc data inquiries, analyze data, identify trends, and present insights that tell compelling stories.
• Contribute to building and maintaining the Sales and Performance Management reporting platform in Power BI.
• Partner with Sales leaders to build visualizations and reporting that drive performance optimization and revenue growth.
• Translate complex data into consumable insights for non-analytic stakeholders.
• Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure adherence to standards and sources of truth.
• Release Power BI and Tableau tools for hundreds of users and participate in trainings.
• Capture success stories and end-user feedback to quantify BI impact.
• Work with data governance to document and manage access to data libraries.
