Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing from RFIs and POs through complex contracts. You will analyze prices, develop strategic procurement approaches, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS across supplier relationships.

The role requires DoD procurement experience, knowledge of federal regulations, and the ability to work in a hybrid remote environment with a focus on U.S.-based suppliers and transportable expertise for cost optimization.

Qualifikationen

• DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) with ability to place POs over TINA dollar threshold.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
• Experience with procurement in regulated environments and familiarity with contract vehicles and SOW review.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and issue RFIs, RFPs, letters of subcontracts, POs.
• Place medium-complexity POs in compliance with FAR/DFARS and corporate requirements.
• Perform price and cost analysis to support proposals and placements.
• Develop procurement strategies for cost-effective goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for favorable terms.
