Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a senior procurement professional to lead sourcing activities for the Mod Center, manage supplier relations, and ensure on-time delivery through optimized P.O. execution and cost analyses.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive supplier improvement, and align with procurement standards while navigating U.S. citizenship requirements and hybrid work arrangements in Connecticut.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred with related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access contract information.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, cost analysis/price justification, and placement of Purchase Orders to support Mod Center.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to monitor and develop suppliers for capacity.
• Manage manufacturing/supplier relationships, including cost, inventory, and satisfaction goals.
• Ensure on-time PO execution and updates for expedited deliveries.
• Support billing adjustments and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Follow P&W Procurement Manual and ACE tool usage for EH&S and delivery improvements.
• Drive supplier improvement through Gold supplier activities.
