Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Transformation Lead to partner with senior leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize opportunities that boost workforce efficiency and service performance. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and executable workstreams.

You will leverage data to build insights, develop executive-ready presentations, and influence decisions through storytelling and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years’ experience leading programs or projects end-to-end, including ownership of scope, timelines, and outcomes
• 2+ years of demonstrated ability to encourage collaboration, connection and teamwork within and beyond his/her team
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data and building insights that influence leadership decisions
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders through clear, compelling storytelling
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive progress across competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate and influence across multiple levels and lines of business
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build executive-ready materials and data-driven analyses

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize transformation opportunities that improve workforce efficiency and service performance
• Proactively bring forward innovative ideas and scalable solutions to address key challenges such as shrinkage, occupancy, and productivity
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and executable workstreams
• Lead deep-dive analyses and structured problem solving on complex or high-visibility business challenges
• Leverage data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
• Build data-driven business cases that influence prioritization and investment decisions
• Deliver clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations that articulate the 'so what' and 'now what' of initiatives
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and structured recommendations
• Communicate complex concepts in a simple, concise, and impactful way
