Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Professional to analyze and improve critical business processes. The role involves collecting data, benchmarking practices, and driving re-engineering efforts to enhance safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

The position supports remote work with quarterly travel to Louisville, KY. The candidate should have a Master’s in social work/psychology or nursing with relevant case management experience, plus strong MS Office and Power BI skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related health and human services with 1 year case management experience.
• Licensed Professional (LSW) in Kentucky with ability to obtain licensure or Licensed Registered Nurse in Kentucky with 1 year case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measure effectiveness of business processes to develop improvements.
• Benchmark data and research best practices to establish standards.
• Collaborate with product teams to communicate business needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present findings to senior leadership.
