Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to support strategic and operational decisions in Technology.

The role assesses investments, budgeting, and reporting to enable senior management to evaluate options aligned with business goals. The position supports remote work outside KY/DC or hybrid work if located in KY/DC, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule and a bonus incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, SQL, and multi‑dimensional databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to inform strategic decisions.
• Evaluate financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.
• Develop financial models to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term performance.
• Provide timely, accurate information for senior management decisions.
• Collaborate with technology and finance leaders to support budgeting and reporting.
