Job summary

Humana is seeking a remote Process Improvement Lead reporting to an Associate VP, Financial Planning and Analysis, to help stand up and implement a new VA CCN Contract and improve claims and financial services operations. The role requires US citizenship, NBIS clearance, a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in operations supporting claims, 2 years in project management, and Lean Six Sigma or PM certification. Travel may be required.

40 hours/week. Eligible for a bonus.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Interim approval for NBIS security clearance.
• Puerto Rico cannot be considered under current contract.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience in operations supporting claims administration.
• 2 years of project management on large-scale projects.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification required.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and implement a new VA CCN Contract, establishing the operational framework, processes, and controls.
• Partner across teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance performance in claims and financial services operations.
• Monitor and oversee claims and financial inventory, implementing workflow enhancements and operational controls.
