Job summary

Humana Inc. in the United States (KY) seeks a Senior Process Improvement Professional to analyze and measure the impact of current processes and design sustainable improvements that boost safety, productivity and reduce costs.

The role handles moderately to complex issues, researches best practices, and helps shape department strategy. Remote work with occasional travel to Louisville is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years re-engineering processes with root cause analysis.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and communicating business needs.
• Experience writing new process initiatives with measurable results.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing processes.
• Develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
• Research best practices to establish benchmark data.
• Lead process improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and reduce cost.
• Influence department strategy and guide project components.
