Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's with 3+ years analytics experience.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics projects through the lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy analytics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting/visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic business priorities and operational performance.
• Serve as a consultative analytics partner to business leaders to define problems, opportunities, hypotheses, and data-driven recommendations.
• Independently lead analytics engagements from intake through delivery of business outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key drivers.
• Design and develop metrics, frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• Influence strategic decisions by providing insights affecting growth and efficiency.
