Lumicera is hiring a Specialist III, Prior Authorization to lead the day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team. You will coach teammates, ensure performance against KPIs, and collaborate with providers and insurers to triage authorizations.

The role emphasizes operational excellence and cross-functional support within the specialty pharmacy area. The ideal candidate has a background in pharmacy support, CPhT licensure, and a track record of process improvement and team leadership.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPhT and/or license/registration per state requirements.
• 2+ years in pharmacy support or healthcare setting.
• Commitment to compliance objectives and patient/provider service.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate a dynamic team environment for Prior Authorization.
• Coordinate daily tasks and drive KPI achievement.
• Train new and existing specialists on core duties and tools.
• Identify workflow improvements and present opportunities.
• Provide daily support and clarify new protocols and processes.
• Assist with prior auth workflow for patients, prescribers, and staff.
• Support compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
