Lumicera is seeking a Specialist III, Prior Authorization to lead the PA team, coach specialists, and drive efficient triage of patient authorizations. You will train staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with providers, insurers, and internal partners to optimize workflows.

The role involves escalating issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting Lumicera operations while ensuring compliance and excellent service to patients and providers.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Prior Authorization team and coach Specialists.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and drive KPI goals.
• Train staff on core responsibilities and platforms (RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo, Cover My Meds).
• Identify workflow improvements and escalate to leadership.
• Provide daily operational support and answer questions from team.
