Lumicera is seeking a Specialist III, Prior Authorization to coordinate and direct day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team. You will guide and coach Specialists, aiming to meet KPIs, provider and patient satisfaction, and workflow improvements.

You will assist providers and insurers with prior authorizations, triage issues, and collaborate with other Lumicera teams to ensure best outcomes. Join us to impact patient care and operational excellence.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure per state requirements.
• 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare experience required.
• Compliance and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate a dynamic team environment for the Prior Authorization team.
• Assign daily tasks and drive KPI goals through effective leadership.
• Train new and existing Specialists on core responsibilities and relevant tools.
• Identify workflow and process improvements for leadership.
• Provide daily support and answer day-to-day operations questions.
• Assist with prior authorization workflows using phones and queues.
• Support compliance, diversity, equity and inclusion objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educación
