Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Specialist III, Prior Authorization to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team under supervision. You will lead by example, providing subject-matter expertise and coaching teammates to meet KPIs and optimize patient outcomes.

Additionally, you will train staff on core duties and tools such as RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo, and Cover My Meds, while driving workflow improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or state licensure per residence state.
• 2+ years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
• Participation in compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct day-to-day operations of the Prior Authorization team.
• Coach and mentor Prior Authorization Specialists to achieve KPIs and improve workflow.
• Train staff on core duties and tools (RxVector, NCRX, Lighthouse, Banjo, Cover My Meds).
• Identify and present opportunities for workflow improvements to leadership.
• Provide daily support and answer day-to-day operations questions.
