• Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders, including product demos and discovery sessions.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with ability to map customer challenges to technology outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Preferred: Experience with HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Workforce Management software.
• Experience with UKG Ready.
