Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company is seeking a Sr. Pre-Sales Manager to lead the Enterprise Architecture presales team in the Northeast region. This remote/teleworker role supports external customers from home with a 25% travel requirement.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in customer-facing roles, strong management experience, and the ability to develop strategic solutions with sales and engineering teams to win complex deals.
Qualifications
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years experience in customer facing role.
- Directly related management experience and work results including success in managing the achievement of progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
- Demonstrated results in managing resources to support complex, strategic sales and/or business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Directs overall Presales operations in assigned area of responsibilities.
- Resource management & intra-region support - translates goals into actionable presales utilization plans.
- Proactively addresses regional presales coverage gaps and leverages presales expertise to win opportunities.
- Partner with Sales & account planning to drive sales strategy and resource allocation.
- Collaborates across boundaries to ensure a positive voice-from-the-field presence in decisions.
