The role focuses on planning, forecasting, financial enablement, and reporting improvements while driving operational excellence across the portfolio. Remote role with periodic on-site meetings and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Foundational knowledge of drug development, portfolio management, governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational planning and execution readiness across assigned programs with cross-functional teams.
• Shapes governance agendas and prepares decision materials for forums.
• Owns portfolio reporting by developing dashboards and metrics for leadership.
• Drives forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning with finance partners.
• Manages timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Leads PMO onboarding and capability-building efforts across development programs.
