Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Operations to partner with PMO leads and cross‑functional teams.

The role focuses on governance, planning, forecasting, and portfolio visibility to enable effective program delivery across development programs. Ideal candidates translate complex information into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and enable operational excellence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams within an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

Lead governance readiness and decision support for program governance forums.
Own portfolio reporting with dashboards and metrics for leadership decision‑making.
Lead planning, forecasting, and budget/cost/variance inputs across programs.
Manage timeline, dependencies, risks, and escalation with cross-functional teams.
