Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum 6 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Foundational knowledge of drug development, portfolio management, governance processes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams within an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational planning and readiness across programs with PMO and cross-functional teams.
• Drives governance readiness; prepares materials and ensures follow-through for governance forums.
• Owns portfolio reporting; develops dashboards and metrics for leadership decisions.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, resource planning; collaborates with Finance on assumptions.
• Manages timelines; evaluates dependencies and maintains decision-ready plans.
• Identifies and mitigates program risks and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Develops PMO onboarding, training materials and governance practices.
• Drives PMO process improvements to simplify workflows and improve execution.
• Leads cross-functional PMO initiatives from concept to implementation.
