• 6+ years of relevant industry experience with program management.
• Proven ability to translate portfolio needs into governance-ready outputs.
• Strong data, dashboard, and reporting skills for leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads governance readiness and decision support across development programs.
• Owns portfolio reporting with dashboards and metrics for leadership decisions.
• Manages planning, forecasting, budgeting and variance across programs.
• Drives PMO onboarding, training, and tool adoption for consistency.
• Leads complex cross-functional PMO initiatives from concept through implementation.
