Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Operations to lead governance, planning, forecasting, and portfolio visibility across development programs.

You will partner with PM leads, GDTs, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into actionable insights and enable readiness for program decisions. This primarily remote role requires strong analytics and collaboration skills, with 6+ years in biotech/pharma and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams within an R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational planning and execution readiness across programs with stakeholders.
• Drives governance readiness and materials for key governance forums.
• Owns portfolio reporting and visibility through dashboards and metrics.
• Leads forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning with Finance.
