Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master for remote contract work. The role guides cross-functional technology initiatives, from planning through deployment and stabilization, coordinating engineering, product, and vendors to hit delivery goals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in digital project management for consumer-facing products.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Expertise with Jira and Asana, and familiarity with Agile/CSM, Lean, and planning tools.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and act as main contact for sprint activities and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to keep projects on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize and maintain the backlog with clear criteria.
• Oversee ticket refinement for actionable work items and velocity planning.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through post-launch stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering, vendors, and internal clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and status reporting.
