Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master for a remote contract role. You will lead cross-functional technology initiatives within DevOps environments, overseeing planning, deployment, and stabilization.

You will coordinate engineering, product, finance, vendors, and leadership to align on delivery goals, drive governance, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must work on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of digital project management experience.
• Background supporting media, entertainment, sports, or consumer tech.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and Asana; familiarity with Agile/CSM, Lean, planning tools.
• Proven management of cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to lead multiple sub-projects concurrently.
• Experience developing requirement roadmaps and aligning teams on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and serve as main point of contact for sprint activities.
• Translate business requirements for technical partners and communicate constraints.
• Identify and manage dependencies and capacity constraints to stay on track.
• Anticipate roadblocks and implement real-time solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Oversee refinement to ensure actionable and measurable work items.
• Lead enterprise-scale digital initiatives from initiation through stabilization.
• Manage cross-functional programs with engineering teams, vendors, and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain PMO governance standards, reporting, and change management processes.
• Drive portfolio transparency with executive dashboards and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management.
• Serve as liaison among business leadership, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes and plans.
• Coordinate deployment planning, migration sequencing, and operational readiness.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies as required.
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
